Returns Policy
Should there be a mistake with your engraving order, we will endeavour to put right the mistake as soon as possible.
You can return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 15 days of receiving. Delivery charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. If purchasing by debit or credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by cheque, a refund cheque will be mailed to you.
